یافته های جدید درباره سجده کردن

بر اساس تازه‌ترین پژوهش‌های علمی، سجده کردن انسان را از بیماری‌های روحی، جسمی و هم‌چنین سرطان حفظ می‌کند.به گزارش شیعه نیوز به نقل از خبرگزاری دانشجویان ایران (ایسنا)، پروفسور محمد ضیاءالدین حامد از اساتید علوم بیولوژیک و از مسوولان پژوهشگاه مرکز تکنولوژی قاهره با اعلام این خبر اظهار داشت: در قرن حاضر که انسان از هر جهت در معرض الکترومغناطیس‌ها قرار دارد و هم‌چنین نیاز انسان به تخلیه اشعه‌های زائد وجود دارد، دریافتیم که تخلیه این اشعه‌ها از طریق سجده کردن صورت می‌گیرد.

چکیده: بسیاری از دانش آموزان از عدم تمرکز در هنگام مطالعه شکایت دارند. آنها فکر می‌‌کنند قدرت تمرکز یک استعداد ذاتی است که برخی انسانها فاقد آن هستند؛ اما حقیقت این است که با انجام تعدادی تمرین ساده می‌‌توان قدرت تمرکز را چند برابر کرد. در این مقاله قصد داریم شما را با تعدادی از این تمرین‌ها آشنا کنیم.

chenge : a one step

Change is a necessity in which all men are in need of it. Variation - seeking
withinall men have caused to regard stagnation and monotony as a dificiency
and used to change their existing conditions. In fact, this change is good when
it should be created as a result of internal change and out of awareness and it
does not take imitation and superiority - seeking to itself, rather it directs man
to the Right Path.
On the other, neglectfulness and floating in materialism which are the result of
new era, have caused that men more than any time are in need of internal and
spiritual change; the change which is the source of an essential and fundamental
change. Therefore, it might be created within any person and or anything which
are talented to that. Moreover, it has no special condition, and it might be happen
in any time and place for any person who is seeker of it.
Surely, you have heard this proverb about some of people:”Some one has treated
a one - hundred year way overnight.” Do you think about the meaning of it? do
you think covering a one - hundred year way overnight is possible? if you
would like to know about our opinion, we should say:” Yes! it is possible.” and
if you may ask:”How?” we must say: if you think a little about the adventure of
those who has successfully covered this path, we will come to know that how
this becomes possible. For example: all you have heard more about the liberality
of Hor ibn Yazid e- Riyahi and surely you know he was among those who
closed the path for Imam Husain (A.S.) and stood against him; but with thinking
a little and farsightedness, he in the last moments of his life, came to his sense
and changed his mind and then repented before God and asked permission for
the Imam (A.S.) to join his followers.
He finally decided to pay close attention to reality and accept it and separat his
path from others. He has known well that coming to one’s sense and joining to
God, has no special time and whenever one gets success in this path, he should
go tawards it to reach that aim.
In addition to that, there are so many examples throughout history which are
indicative of beginning point of change and awareness of man and this awareness
begins from the situation he has placed......
The next step, after selecting, is a seeking - remedy; that is to say, how to do
that work. If you doubt, you do not fear, for these doubts and hesitations make
man to save himself and then change his life. Thus, you always say:” If others
can do that, I am able to do it too.”
The Almighty God, with creating various seasons and permanent changes in nature,
invites man to change himself spiritually. As the Holy Quran, after explaining the
matter of changing seasons and refering to their revival after death, wants man to
look carefully at these changes and then think more about that. For example: in
the chapter of Fatir, it says: “And Allah is He who sends the winds so they raise
a cloud, then We drive it on to a dead country, therewith We give life to the
earth after its death; even so is the quickening.:” The Quran (35:90)
Yes! dying nature is winter and reviving it in spring are an eternal lesson for all
generations and eras which leads to their change, perfection and growth. The
darkness of hearts which creates vengeances, brings about happiness for hearts
with beginning of new year and visiting again.
The lost opportunities, asking excuse and accepting it, giving a gift and taking
that and kindness are among those good things which ruin the ancient enemies
and make the separated hearts to be near to each other. Thus, when there is an
opportunity, one should hasten and create a little change within himself so that
he can easily distinguish the difference between future and past such as a seed
which changes into a plant.
We should bear in mind that change is a growth leading to man’s perfection. As
a result, we can see the spiritual result of it in others and God willing, be a good
example for others.

ارزش آن را برابر 0  قرار دهيد
